I've spent 35 years reading thriller, spy, and crime fiction, which has deeply influenced my writing style and storytelling approach.

Great care was taken in researching the settings and characters to ensure authenticity and depth in the storytelling. My visit to Devils Lake and Spirit Lake Nation taught me valuable lessons about the local culture and history, which have been incorporated into my narratives. When I write about 30 mhp winds and snow drifts, I write them because I experienced them firsthand.
